FPC molding method and use environment introduction

In the FPC production, the formation is the process before the quality inspection packaging, and it is also the last process in the production process. The shape of the FPC is different, or the square, or round, or long strip, or cone -shaped, or regular, or irregular. In order to make the appearance of each product uniform, beautiful, standard, and in line with design requirements, the FPC molding method generally selects mold forming, cutting molding, and manual molding. According to the amount of the quantity, the accuracy of the accuracy, and the length of the customer's requirements, choose different forming methods.

First, let's introduce the mold into the type. The mold is molded, and its main body is molds. Different FPC products need different molds.

The mold is divided by the material, with steel molds and knife molds. Steel molds are made of steel with high accuracy, many stamping times, and not easy to deform. It is the most commonly used mold. Because of its heavier weight, it often needs to be moved during installation, and the cost is high. Therefore, the steel mold is generally not too large. It is suitable for the FPC flushing of the single board size within 600mm. It is used for products and auxiliary materials that are not strict in appearance accuracy, such as replenishment films (no longer discussed the knife mold, and the mold refers to the hardware mold).

According to accuracy, there are precision molds, ordinary molds, and simple molds. This involves the three production methods of molds. Slowly walking, medium -to -silk, and fast -moving molds. The molds made of slow silk are precision molds. The accuracy tolerance is ± 0.05mm. Generally, this mold is not selected; the mold made of the wire is a normal mold. Its accuracy tolerance is ± 0.10mm. The accuracy can meet most needs, moderate prices, and stable performance. It is a type of mold opened by usual. Items

Steel molds are composed of upper and lower molds. After installing the mold to the bed, you need to adjust the stamping height of the mold with a test panel to select the most suitable stamping strength to ensure that the FPC can be cut according to the design diagram without damage the other parts of the FPC. According to the size of the FPC, the molds are often in one way, that is, once and stamping, and molding multiple FPCs, thereby improving production efficiency. During the production process, without changing the FPC shape design, the mold only needs to be made once, which can be used recycled, suitable for mass production, reducing unit production costs.

Secondly, it is cutting and forming, which is generally only used for samples and small batches. The cutting molding has CNC knife cutting and laser molding. CNC knife cuts, enter the computer into the computer, and fix the FPC patchwork on the device according to the positioning hole. The cutting knife head on the device is moved by drawing the drawing lines, so that the FPC is cut into a specified shape. This type of cutting method is that the blade itself is compared with the volume of the blade itself, and the knife head is easy to damage. The FPC accuracy of the processing forming is poor, the processing time is long, and the depth of the adjustment will cause more burrs and incompetent cutting. Before the laser cutting machine does not appear, it is generally only used as FPC samples and protective membranes and electromagnetic membrane cutting molding. With the popularity of laser cutting machines, because of its high accuracy (≤0.05mm), the cut surface is round and positive, with less burrs, and the speed is faster than the knife cut. Therefore, the CNC knife cutting has been replaced. Most of the production of FPC samples now uses this method for molding. It should be noted that because laser cutting uses high -energy red/ultraviolet beam processing, there may be marks of burning on the cut surface. After the production is completed, it is best to wipe it with alcohol without dust.

Finally, it is manual forming, that is, hand -made with scissors and knife pens. Only a few products that are not required for appearance accuracy will use this method.

The above are several methods of FPC molding, as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages and the environment used.
